HR interview: standard questions concerning background and strong motivation to work there. Check ability to cooperate with deadlines, stress and a lot of traveling and so on. Manager interview: practical questions in accounting and investments. Stay well informed about situation in global financials, sketchy knowledges of accounting (simple adjustments, accounting principles), be ready to do some tasks "right now". Partner interview: formal stage, talking about future work and motivating you to grow in company.
