KPMG Associate interview questions

First round interview on campus, all behavioral including standard questions and then next round was in San Francisco office where interview was with 3 different people and separate times including Director and partner. No technical questions were asked. Also did group interviews where examiners would examine people's leadership skills within a group setting.

The interview process was based more on your functional and presentation skills. The hiring manager is more interested to understand your domain expertise and ability to perform under challenging conditions. The interview process consists of three rounds of interview, The first two rounds was on phone and the final round with directors and partner.
