Interview was casual and well organized. Time was not wasted on boilerplate interview questions, but focused on areas pertinent to the job. Much I believe had to do with the particular hiring manager, because I have heard of other interviews going other ways in different departments within the organization. That said, several of the other interviews I took part in for other positions went well. Positions that were to manage many people had great representation of the types of people to be managed on the hiring committee and interview panel.
