I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in May 2008
Interview
It is a Know someone culture. If you know someone you get the job even if you are not qualified. But if you don't know anyone, then it is very tough to get the job even if you are well qualified. Over all its ok process. Don't over state on what you know.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Aug 2010
Interview
One group interview in front of hiring managers, about 20 candidates present.
Behavioral interview questions, one per candidate, grooup interview lasted 2 hours
Dress appropriately, be prepared to speak in front of a group
1:1 interview- standard questions, resume-based
Dress appropriately, be yourself
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Apr 2010
Interview
Met the recruiter at a resume review on campus.
She kept in touch with me and made me interview with multiple managers within different tracks of the program.
The whole process took 3 months, I didn't find out about my offer until the end of May and the process started in March. The first interview is a phone interview with the recruiter and it's difficult because the questions are scenario based. The 1 on 1's were mainly about yourself and your work experience. They really want to see if you're a good fit for the company (personality wise and performance wise).
