questions about background, experience, and other general questions. No behavioral questions in the phone interview and it was pretty easy. The interviewer asked my expectations about salary, but the most they could offer was much lower than I thought. And they also needed people immediately, cannot wait for another 6 months..

The interview was with a contracted firm out of Chicago. The interviewer seemed more concerned that we stay within a 20 minute interview window than asking complete questions or getting developed answers. Typical cheesy interview questions: "Name a strength, name a weakness," types.
