I had two sit down interviews with the Company, both times with two different people. The interviews were very straight forward. I was asked the basic interview questions: tell us about your background, why are you interested in this job, why do you think you are a good candidate for this position, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc. The interviews were very formal; however, there was a friendly, conversational nature about them. I thought the offices were nice and the people were very intelligent and personable. Overall, it seemed as if everyone was happy with their situation at Morgan Stanley and the work and team environment was positive. If interviewing for this position, I would just be familiar with your resume and why you are interested in the position. There were no technical or difficult questions.
