Long, intense, multiple different interviewers who range in different levels/hierarchies. Go from room to room where each interviewer is and get asked questions. Questions are about you and your work ethic, smarts, and why you like the role:company
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
Only got to see the first part of the interview process. It was a Virtual DIY screening with a behavioral and coding section. Coding section involved 2 leetcode easy-medium questions that both used dictionaries. Both the coding and behavioral section allowed you to try "infinite" sample questions. While the samples were similar to the actual questions in the behavioral section, the actual questions asked in the coding section was much harder than the samples.

Interview
first, I had HireVue interview, in which you need to record responses to question like why you applied to this position and such.
Then, I had an interview and talked about my majors and projects.
Next, I had a technical interview. I don't exactly remember the problems but it was a little challenging.
