Interview
I applied online and the process 1 day. I applied for a Software Developer position at Sandy, UT but they interviewed for Jr to Intermediate Full Stack Developer.
I did the phone screen interview with another person and not with the person whom I was updated. Started with some resume and experience-based questions and ended up asking basic OOPs questions which were not supposed to be a part of the initial phone screen interview. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.

During the phone screening, they started off with explaining the company and what they do. Next, they asked technical questions that was in the position requirements, mostly OO-related. After the technical questions, they asked for the salary range and finally questions about the company.
The phone screening is not hard, applicants just need to brush up on their OO concepts, specifically Java.
