I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Shanghai City, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
1. phone screen about 45 minutes, OOP concept, C++ skills;
2. 3 rounds for onsite interview by video meeting, each of them is from different districts. The first and second rounds are nice, but the last one is not respectful coz I saw one interviewer just shook his/her head at me and gave me a supercilious look. Maybe I'm not good enough for this company, but this is very offensive.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Sep 2017
Interview
There was an on-campus interview if you get selected you will be invited for on-site interview in NY. I had to interview with 3 people.
My interview went well but I was not graduating then , would be graduating in the next sem (not sure if that was the reason of my rejection).
