Morgan Stanley Software Developer interview questions

1. phone screen about 45 minutes, OOP concept, C++ skills; 2. 3 rounds for onsite interview by video meeting, each of them is from different districts. The first and second rounds are nice, but the last one is not respectful coz I saw one interviewer just shook his/her head at me and gave me a supercilious look. Maybe I'm not good enough for this company, but this is very offensive.
