The recruiter lacked the necessary information or structure to conduct a truly engaging and insightful interview.
I advanced to the final stage which proved to be quite disappointing, being subsequently ghosted by the recruiter.
It is quite unethical the way recruiters are conducting the hiring process, raising concerns about the overall company culture and its lack of respect for prospective employees.

Overall fairly straightforward process. They look for public safety, law enforcement experience in your background so you understand the customers that you will be selling to. Recruiters were good to work with.
