Munich Re interview questions

Interviews are conducted first by video. Answers are displayed on the screen and you are allotted a few minutes to answer each question. Your answer is recorded and submitted. Questions were more about getting to know you as a person rather than technical.

-phone interview -long delay (maybe 2 months), then they ask me to create video for them (for FREE, of course) -in-person interview where they have me present my video and give me "test" where they have me point out inconsistencies in slide deck -never heard back from them (unprofessional)
