Interview
i was made to feel at ease by the four interviewers, the interview was a fairly relaxed yet formal process. I can't remember specific questions but relating my experience to scenarios was a big part of the interview
I was called the same day by my new manager offering me the job, which saved all the waiting and wondering.

Interview
I filled in an application form and then heard back a few days later. I was asked to attend an interview at the hospital I wanted to volunteer at. I was interviewed by a panel of three people - a volunteer co-ordinator, one of the senior nurses at the hospital and someone from the team I now work with. The interview was very informal and short. I was also required to complete a DBS (formerly CRB) check, because the role involves working with vulnerable people.
