NTT DATA Senior Developer interview questions

Done with telephonic and F2F rounds, Had a basic questions on Informatica and answered almost all the questions and after some 5 hours got a call that round cleared and now waiting for the second round on next 2 days , waiting to know how it goes.

Initial screening with HR and then technical interview where the HR assisted. I received after 2 days the answer that the interview was a success and congrats. After 2 weeks no answer from them and no offer.....which is simply lame.
