I had interview with HR, than Hiring Manager and also Sales Director before receiving an offer.
The actual process ran smoothly, but from the time I had received the verbal offer until signature it took about a month so it was a long wait.

Question 1
How do you handle multiples projects at the same time?
For a Solution Architect working with OCI services, the interview was straight forward. It only implied three rounds of interviews:
1. Regular screening call with a Sr. Recruiter.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager and a colleague of the same level I was applying to showing up a use case for a customer, business case and associated rationale.
3. Interview with another architect to very technical proficiency in cloud.
Oracle doesn´t use the STAR methodology that other companies such as Google, AWS, Apple or Meta leverage.

Interview
Very professional. The interviewer asked questions that spanned over various systems, cloud, and on premise. They were very accommodating with the changing schedule that I had. I would highly recommend applying for this company

Do you have any interest in AI and the innerworkings within OCI?
First had an HR screen for 30 min, then separate interviews with three people who would be peers with me who were in the department and a manager. HR was a bit slow but peers and manager were great.
