Manager will take initiative to shortlist candidate and initiate primary discussion. Hiring Process may contain 2-3 rounds of technical interviews followed by one round of Hr-Interview. Salary negotiation can be started from Second round of Interview and get finalized into subsequent Hr- Interviews.Initial Offer will always be higher than Competitor so it's acceptable. After Successful boarding, subsequent salary increment on year-on-year basis will be pathetic.
