RSM interview questions

Had a brief interview on campus with a recruiter, was later called in for an interview in the office. Spoke with several different employees including multiple partners. More of a discussion than an interview.

It began with a first round interview at my college. It was about 30 minutes long and went smoothly. They are trying to determine if you are a right fit for the firm and if you are "worth" bringing in for a second round interview at the office. About 10 days later, a few of us received invitations to second round interviews at the office. The 2nd round interview was a half day event and included four interviews ranging from senior to partner. Each one was about 30-45 minutes long.
