Shell Graduate Programme interview questions

After application, an aptitude test needs to be completed based on which a link for a digital interview is activated. It consisted of 5 situational judgement questions. After this step, the selected participants are called for a interview with two seniors at shell.

Had a video interview first with questions about my experience. Not technical experience, but focused more on team work experience. Thereafter I had a case study followed by another interview with Shell employees.
