Shell Internship interview questions

Interview is based on behavioral questions. Interviewer is friendly, He first introduced himself and asked me to tell about myself. He told me that he will be noting some points while i am answering the questions and let that not distract me or offend me as he won't be looking at me much time. He asked me questions like tell me an instant where you did this, that... And he asked two to three follow up questions based on what i have told. Questions are aimed at seeing how well i fit for their CAR (Capacity, Achievement, Relationship) criteria. And in the end he asked me if i have any questions for him.

The online assessment consists of two parts: a Competency Based Questionnaire and a Cognitive part with a decision making task and a problem solving task. You will need to successfully complete the first part before proceeding to the second. Deadline for completing the assessment was 1 week for each. 2nd process was interview: Behavioral question on Team: like me a situation where you work with diverse team/ work with difficult person how did you convince them your suggestion and ideas. situation where you took initiative. situation where you took something against team plan. then follow-up questions were what was the end result,what step you took, what was the difficulties you faced. Relationship question: what it meant for you? difficulties you face in maintaining relationship? situation where you have build professional relationship. Achievement: your biggest achievement? difficulties you face? what was end result?
