You have to answer some questions about situations that best describe you, and also some questions about working at a company. Then, you have an on-demand interview where you're given 3 questions, and you have 2 minutes to answer each of them. They are typical interview questions,s like why do you want to work at Shell. This part was chill, especially because you can re-record as many times as you want. The second part is a case study, which is quite tough. I recommend spending a lot of time on it.
