HR was prompt in setting up the first interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager interview went fine, though I probably did not pass it as I did not hear from them afterwards. Would appreciate if HR actually informed applicants of the interview outcome and not ghost applicants (but looking at the responses here, seems like they are known to ghost applicants).

Self-intro, resume deep-dive on your past experiences
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

Interview
The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
