Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

First interview with the district manager, second interview with board. The board consists of two other store managers and the district manager. All of the interview questions are behavioral questions.

Received an email to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. Afterwards, scheduled a conference call interview with two district managers. This was a good experience as they were friendly and the interview was more of a conversation than just being asked question after question. Questions were not your typical questions that you find on Google. Most were specific to your previous role(s) and to give situations based on what occurred during your past role.
