Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

I was promoted within the business after almost a year of holding Store Manager. During the interview, I enjoy every chat with my interviewer and learnt more about the company and the interviewer.

Multi-step process. Received an initial phone call (pre-screening) asking basic questions about goals, experience and past employment. Then a tele-interview was scheduled. Following this tele-interview, decided to pursue other opportunities, so did not continue with the process past the tele-interviews.
