TTEC At Home Cust Service Representative interview questions

The interview for teletech was easy! Once I applied, like a day later I received an email to schedule an interview. The actual interview was me receiving an automated call where I had to answer 5 questions. My answers were recorded...I never spoke to an actual person. Once I completed that it was sent to HR for them to review. Next thing I know, I received and email offering me the job.

I applied online, next day received an email saying that I was accepted to move forward, another email came with instructions on how to check if my computer and headset (had to go out an purchase around $15) were compatible with their system. My computer and newly purchased headset passed, received another email inviting me to an offer call. Was given several choices and we were given a link to a webex session. The session had quite a few candidates on the call, the only interaction we had was to confirm we were there or ask any questions we might have. At the end of the session we were told the dates for orientation and training and then given 2 choices of timeslots that were available to fit our schedule and after we chose we could leave the call and the webex session. I was disappointed to learn that weekend scheduling is possible since I did not see that mentioned in the ad, in fact the ad mentioned being avail M-F with offerings to work weekends (I took that to mean if we wanted extra pay).
