Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

The interviews went very well with 2 different interviews with 2 different Store Directors who both asked different STAR based behavioral questions. These Store Directors were very amiable and open, however they sent their results to the HR department and HR responded to me with no feedback on why I would not get the position or move forward after both Store Directors directly told me I was a good fit. I tried emailing HR back asking for feedback and never received a response.
