Target Flow Team Member interview questions

Called by the secretary for an interview the following morning, sat in the cafe area, moved to a waiting room, was invited to a small closet-like room and then a private office and carried out two seperate interviews. The staff was friendly, although the questions were oddly specific and overkill for an entry-level job. They were largely focused on my ability to problem solve in a team environment.

Great experience, very relaxed. You receive two interviews, both time they give a little info on what they do with the company and how long they have been with the company. The interview composition is like any other asking the same questions but the atmosphere is more relaxed than other experiences.
