Target Flow Team Member interview questions

I submitted my application, got a call the following day, and they scheduled my interview for the next morning. When I went in, I was greeted with a genuine smile from everyone and they had three different people interview me. They knew how important getting the job was for me, so they made sure to get most of the process taken care of that morning, and they called later that day to set up my training to begin within a few days. Very positive and successful experience!

I was interviewed by 2 separate people. They first made me wait in the Starbucks and then led me to the back office where the interview took place. They were friendly and they offered me the job on the spot which was encouraging. The main things they focused on was my ability to be self motivated while working and they wanted things done quickly.
