Target Team Leader interview questions

Phone interview followed by two more days of in person interviews. Said they were interested, just putting together an offer for me. Received generic email a week later saying they could not currently offer me the position.

Was actually reached out by the recruiter of my store on Indeed inquiring about a beauty team lead position they had open. Had a brief phone chat about the position, went in the next day and was hired on the spot after a lengthy three hour interview with three different people (the hiring manager, my executive TL, and the store manager). Very straight forward interview. Easy questions. I think if you have the experience it would be hard to not get hired.
