Target Team Leader interview questions

Had gone through the two round in house. Questions are pretty basics(not at all challenging ), I thought answered all the questions but got rejected in second round. Still trying to figure if the second round interviewer was trying to just cut the time or was really interested to hire. I felt the team lead interviewer is not technically competent in the latest java version to understand the discussion. I think basically either it was pre-decided for not hire or the issue with ego of the interviewer

2-3 interview. It could be as quick as the same day called for the interview. They asked 4 bahavior questions. If they tell you to stick around that means you are in the right track. There is always exceptions
