Target Team Leader interview questions

The process was short. I was emailed, asking for time availability. During the interview, I was told it was just about getting to know me for the next step. It was mostly about my experience, if I can deal with diverse backgrounds, etc. In the follow-up email, I was denied feedback due to their policy.

They kept me waiting too long. Spent more time talking about herself than the company. We were interrupted during the interview multiple times. Team leads responsibilities amounted to too much.
