Got a phone call, scheduled an interview, and got an offer on the spot. My first perceptions was that it was a nice and clean classroom environment and that the workers there were very professional. Work culture was positive an a great place where I could grow as a teacher.

Question 1
How would you handle child A and child B fighting over a toy?
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

Interview
The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
