Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask anything difficult. None of the questions were hard, but I'll post what they asked me anyways:
1] Why YMCA?
2] Tell me a little about yourself
3] What do you like to do during your spare time?
4] Can you swim?
5] What do you want to do in life?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
I initially applied via paper to a variety of pools. When I was interviewed, they asked if I had ever done YMCA summer camps, if I knew the YMCA core values, and my school+extracurricular activities. They wanted to gauge how much time one could devote to the job. I had a total of two interviews. I think dressing nicely, acting respectively helped.
