Thoughtworks Senior Software Developer interview questions

After a chat with the recruitment person, an interview was scheduled for having a technical discussion to understand my experience. Interview was a zoom session because of the lockdown. When the zoom session started, the guy who interviewed me was going to start a pair programming interview. I was surprised as I was not expecting that but said I was still ok to continue. Then he checked his emails and said, I was correct and it is a tech discussion and not a pair programming interview as he thought. He only mentioned his name and I don’t know what role he is playing at thought works. He was simply not ready for an interview. I can understand his situation as he was working from home and he had kids. His was a Java guy and he had no idea about the technologies (.Net and angular) I have worked on except AWS. So he didn’t seem to care about any of those except AWS. I was actually confused about how the interview went.
