Timken interview questions

It was a decent experience. Interviewers are cordial and respectful. Asked relevant questions and probing. That is all. It took 45 minutes. Overall ambience was friendly . Hiring process was time taking and they seem to be clear about what they were looking for

There were a lot of mixed signals. Had 2 telephone interviews that went well but they were really neutral and didn't really want to be engaged, just asking questions. When I met the hiring manager face to face, he was very engaging, great energy, even showing me his computer screen on their sales metrics and quality control data, etc. The next step was supposed to be flying to the home office for the final interview, which he assured me was happening they just had to schedule it. It never happened. He made one follow up call to me that it was still moving forward they just had to work on scheduling, then nothing. Tried to call him multiple times with no result or feedback.
