Initial screening by HR to evaluate fit with the company's culture and basic qualifications for the role. A technical and behavioral interview with a manager from the asset management team to assess skills and experience in financial analysis and portfolio management. A case study or scenario-based interview to evaluate the candidate's problem-solving skills and ability to analyze financial data. An interview with a senior leader from the asset management team to discuss the candidate's interest in the role, long-term career goals, and fit within the team. A final round of interviews with multiple members of the asset management team to assess the candidate's interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
