UL Solutions interview questions

1- 15 mins informal call from talent acquisition team 2- 30 mins formal call from talent acquisition team 3- 90mins technical interview 4- 30 mins interview with team leader 5- last call with HR

After HR contacted me, I had THREE rounds of interview with 1) who would have been my boss, 2) the vertical lead, 3) my boss' boss I connected really well with them, and they all implied HR would follow up with me. (Note: HR never followed up with me unless I did first, which make you feel like a pest or that they just procrastinate.) I sent them all several thank you email, to which the never replied or even acknowledged. After almost a month-long process, today the told me they would "go with other candidates with more aligned experience" for the role. One would think that after SO MANY interviews, they already know my experience IS aligned and that my skills are well above what was required. Overall, complete non-transparent and unprofessional. I advise anyone not to invest a lot of time or energy in interviewing for this company. They are planning to continue growing inorganically. We'll see how that goes.
