Interview
Competency-based interviews are the most nerve-wracking interview experience you can have. I also had the unfortunate luck to have my entire interview panel experiencing technical difficulties. I know that this type of interview is supposed to improve the selection process, but it was not my opinion that the questions they asked gave a lot of insight into my skillset.
