The Hiring process consisted of an interview with a recruiter which included a background check and placement test. The test consist of question which measured your aptitude in various functions. The higher you make on the aptitude test the better your job placement. Once you have selected your job based of your aptitude score then you are sent to a military entrance processing station where various medical testing is initiated. Once you have be cleared medically you take the oat of enlistment which allows you entrance into the military.
