There is no interview process just make sure that you get everything in writing from the recruiter. If you know someone has been in the military you should take them with you to see the recruiter because they will screw you over in a second. That is my best advice and if you are willing to serve you will learn a lot of new things about yourself.

I walked into the recruiters office and expressed my interest in serving. After submitting all required documentation and test scores, I went to the recruit processing station for medical review. Upon completion of their tests and being administered my oath I left for Ft. Sill.

Recruiters are very aggressive about getting "qualified" people into the career field. They are very flexible about when they set their appointments. Mine was very honest and worked with me to get the job that was the best fit for me. I was fortunate -- many others do not have the same experience.
