UST interview questions

Difficult to understand - turned job down twice before a third person called me that spoke better English. Final person did a good run down of responsibilities and details of position.

1) Aptitude skills test - written A set of aptitude questions were asked. 2) Group discussion This was a very interesting phase. You would be given an interesting topic to discuss on. We need to make our points valid and support it with relevant details. 3) Interview Since this recruitment happened through college placement, the interview didn't have a technical side. It was more about how one could handle situations and there were very few technical questions.
