I went through an express interview round with about 25 others. They used linkedin to vet you, received an email asking to take a test. It had ten sort of difficult questions. They are the if train a is traveling at x miles per hour and train b is traveling at y miles per hour, how long before they pass eachother. I would recommend going over some logic heavy math problems before going in blind.
I made it past this round and was then invited to an open bar type of meet and greet. I showed up late because I got stuck at work, but I talked to almost everyone there. I got the feeling that it was more about how you interact than your ability to sell yourself. Anyway, I didn't get past this part. Looking back, I would have spent more time talking to the hiring managers and maybe followed up with a phone call.
