It began with a 45-minute recruiter conversation that clearly outlined the role and expectations, followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager that went deeper into leadership style, problem solving, and behavioral questions. The final step was a 40-min case study presentation + 20 min. discussion, which was well scoped and allowed for meaningful dialogue. Took a few hours to make the deck, but they provided all the questions they wanted you to answer.
Really brought clarity to the role, what they expect from me and vice versa. Overall, the process felt organized, respectful of time, and focused on real-world skills and collaboration.
