Uline Financial Analyst interview questions

I had a phone interview with them. As soon the interviewer called me she started pushing other jobs on me that I didn't apply for. Basically only gave a phone interview to try and switch the job I was applying for.

Four long assessments before the even going to the interview, then two number assessments when you get there before you can meet with the recruiter. The interview with the recruiter was easy and pretty straight forward. However, the recruiter gave off this vibe as if he thought he was a hot shot and was empowered. After a quick 10 min interview, I was asked to do more assessments that lasted about 2 hours. They seemed to enjoy giving tons of assessments. BE CAREFUL! If you see a job that seems like it should have requirements via experience, etc. and it doesn't, then it is likely they just want you to get into their door so they can switch the job you are interviewing for on you to become a cold caller or collections caller.
