I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jul 2013
Interview
To add to what everyone else has been saying, they put you through a bunch of pointless personality and IQ tests prior to coming in. Once you get there, you have to complete two more math tests. It is very clear that they interview just about anyone that applies. They said that the position that I was applying for is based on "growth" which was his segway into trying to offer me a collections position. They keep positions open to bring in talent, without the interviewee knowing they are interviewing for a phantom position.

Question 1
The questions were very basic and scripted. Nothing special.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was asked to come in for three separate face to face interviews. After the second one, a hiring manager told me I wasn't right for the position, yet I was called back for a third round. When I explained to HR that I did not want to be considered for a position I had already been turned down for, I was told that the interview was for another position so I agreed. It was not and the third interview was a complete waste of time. Don't bother trying to work for this company. It is reported to have a terrible culture and from my own experience the company could use a few lessons in effective communication.

Question 1
The most difficult question was information regurgitated back to me from the notes from a previous interview which only contained two or three words but the interviewer was confused what it meant. Since the brief note was not specific in any way I had to take a moment to think over the conversation to recall the specifics. Again a clear sign of the need for improved communication.
