Verizon Customer Service interview questions

Very detail oriented. Did several mock calls. Had to sell a device to the interviewer. Very particular about past call center experience want you to describe in detail. Must be on time and dress appropriate.

I have been thru a telephone interview and an interview with district manager. I was told could be up to 3 more weeks.I am waiting to find out if I make the cut. Then I will need to wait till the training starts. This is a long process. I hope it's worth it.
