Interview
You have to take a test online to even get an interview. Then you take a test at a special office and I passed that so I got an interview at the company. I thought I did very well at the interview but ultimately i didn't get a call back.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon in Nov 2011
Interview
Was pretty simple... They asked normal questions requarding retail, yourself, history... They tell you from the start it is a results driven job. If you come in and do your job you will be fine, but dont plan on moving up as fast. If you show your doing what you can the results will come. If you work hard and make the most of the time you will move up and get reconized. It's retail, but it's fun because it a product people want and need in most cases... that makes your job easier. It's not hard if you enjoy this type of job. Customers come to you, you have to do the rest. It's nice because Verizon is the best out there and people want their value for their dollar.
