Interview
I spent almost 2 hours. There is a skills assessment and scenarios. There is instructions to help answer the questions easily and a practice question. The interview was all recorded and had a virtual pre recorded lady speaking to me. I would not do this around others. You will need a good laptop to make it easier for you.
Two phone calls and one in person. All were you're typical customer related Background experience, how you react in situations, why you chose Verizon. Wasn't too difficult if you prepare.

Interview
The interview was on zoom. They asked common interview questions and then went into customer service role play. Role play featured different scenarios ranging from angry customer, to customer on the fence about leaving. Ask for feedback during interview to improve remainder of questions.
