I was hired through campus recruiting process. There was an online test consisting of questions from basic quantitative aptitude, data structures, algorithms, basic vocabulary, logical reasoning and concepts of C. The test was such that you couldn't go back to the questions you have once answered. There was no negative marks.
After that there was a GD. Then one technical interview and one HR interview.
In my technical interview, the questions were basically from C, database and a little bit from OS.
The HR interview is pretty simple with one or two simple puzzles.
