It was the first step of the interview, Phone Interview where they asked my background, requirements related to software, why this role, previous role, why technology important to you, core values, why this company, current work experience and the work related questions

Applied online and received an invitation to an online assessment right away. The most ridiculous assessment I ever had. The assessment was in the form of a quiz and 90% of the questions were completely unrelated, in my opinion, to the role I was applying. Did a semi-decent job anyway, got a rejection a month after it.
