Often the interview process varies depending on the kind of the technology they are looking for and the market availability for the same. For something which is a sheer need, there are not more than three rounds, a technical, a manager and a HR round, unless there are negotiations. But if its a saturated technology, it might be a few more rounds upto 7.

Two rounds of technical discussion which are followed by one HR round.
It depends if you are being screened for the specific role then more rounds can be happened on technical side.
Sometime some client discussion are also scheduled for some big clients which are comparatively tougher.

Interview
Quite easy.
Two technical rounds.
First one is quite basic questions on C++,Unix and databases.
Second round is discussion on the past experience and a few detailed technical questions.
Total of one hour and results are our in the next hour, depending on the no. of candidates being interviewed that day.
