Very straight forward. Contacted by HR, 20 min screening call. Interview set up for a week later with a person in the department (Director level), then another a week later with my would be boss VP level and a Senior Program Officer. All virtual. Finally a few weeks later an in person with my VP /Boss to be, the Director that interviewed me and the Senior Program Officer. Got the job two weeks later.

Two-tiered, first with WWF Switzerland followed by the WWF regional office. Interviews were conducted in panels and focused on what the individual can bring to the table and why they are interested in the position.
